Description

This week, Bishop teaches from Romans 6:11-13 on "Saved But Not Free." Sin has two parts: root and fruit. The mind is the root of sin and the body is the fruit which carries out sin. Believers are not delivered from sin's influence. However, we will still fall into sin's traps now and then. Sin our our problem and it's a lifetime fight. We must reconcile what Christ did with what we believe. Sin is a moral corruption in humans that opposes all of our better intentions. Sin causes us to delight in unrighteousness and take pleasure in the evil actions of others. Once we accept Jesus Christ as our personal Savior, we dethrone sin. However, we must continually resist its effort to regain control. Sin always attempts to reign through the desires of the body. God's best for you is not to put up with the problems of habitual sin. God's best for you is victory over sin. We pray as you listen to this message, you will continue to have victory over sin. Have a safe and bless week.
