Description

Today, Bishop Rodgers teaches from Romans 10:13-15 on "The Call to Salvation." Before a person can call on the name of Jesus for deliverance, they must first believe through the hearing of the gospel. It means believing Christ's death and resurrection. Before a person can believe, one must hear the Word of God, which creates faith in the heart. A messenger of the Word must be sent & it is the Lord who does the sending. Those that have authority from Christ, to sent, are to separate and ordain others to this work. This work is the Doctrine of Salvation by grace through faith. It results in the calling, believing, hearing, preaching, sending, and message sent. Without professing to believe in Christ, and without earnest, importunate prayer for salvation, no man can be saved. By understanding the Doctrine of Salvation we, as believers, can take God's great message of salvation to others so they can respond to the good news. May this message bless you and cause you to spread the good news to your unsaved family and friends. Have a safe and blessed week!
