Tonight, Bishop teaches from a familiar passage Job 23:8-10. Job asked that question "Where is God?" But, we need to ask a parallel question "Where was God when Christ needed Him?" There are times when God is silence and seemed "absent", but it is a complement to our faith. Job appealed to God knowing he was a righteous man. He was confident if he had a trial, he would be proven innocent. Job had a problem finding God, but God knew exactly where Job was. There are times, like now, when God puts His own people into a furnace as a means to purify His people. If we run from the fire or the test, we will abort the ministry God's has for us. In this season, believers need to stand. Don't fear! Don't run! Remember who you are and whose you are. If you are a child of God and you are in God's army, then you have the victory. We need to believe (1) God knows our situation; (2) God is testing us; and (3) we will emerge a better man/woman. May this powerful message encourage you this week. Believe God and stand on His word. Have a safe and blessed week.
