Dr. Tracy Shroyer’s extensive background includes 27 years in the corporate space, 9+ years as an adjunct professor, and almost two decades as an entrepreneur. In addition to her expertise through in-depth research, dissertation authorship, and publishing a book, all centered around managing layoffs, Dr. Tracy has spent 4 of her 9 years of teaching specializing in industrial and organizational psychology.
She intimately comprehends the human side of change, drawing from both her academic insights and personal experience of being laid off in the fall of 2023.
