I’m honestly in the beginning stage of learning how to forgive me and changing my mindset. Talking to my therapist had me realizing that I speak crazy to myself. It’s like I don’t have no sense of self-love. I dislike that theory. I don’t want to be out here criticizing myself and causing my own insecurities. Being whole is my main goal for myself. So, from here on out, I’m taking my therapist advise and I’m going to start challenging the way I think about me. What do you need to do to stop talking badly to yourself?
