In this episode, we are going to start paying attention to where you breath is coming from.
Are you a mouth breather or a chest breather? Do you engage your diaphragm?
Today, we will follow the breath and be curious about what breathing looks like for you.
Please make sure you are seated or standing somewhere that is safe and comfortable.
If you feel like the exercise is too much for you at any point, then please either stop completely or take a break before continuing.
