This conversation is with Lizzy Martin. I talk with Lizzy about her journey with ARFID which stands for Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder. Throughout the conversation we talk about current life post graduation, Lizzy’s relationship with food and learning about ARFID, therapy and the stigma about it in our society, body image awareness, past trauma and learning to grow from it, and keeping those around who care and support you during your journey.
