Description

DIY Parks are the cultural glue that saves ALOT of skateboarding communities. From what would seem like an abandoned tennis court to most, others see it as an opportunity to create life where there once was none. In this episode Ki takes a trip to Atlantic City, NJ to sit down with Jay Klotz, one of the originators of the DIY what’s to be known now in Atlantic City as “Back Sov.” They talk about what it takes to get the support of the community as well as the hurdles that were in the way. Proof that with patience and perseverance, you can make it happen. Enjoy!
