Today, we meet with Jenn Mansell. We make a connection right out of the gate and launch into commiserating about her morning movement routine to self-connect and even self-correct; soul longing versus the contrast buzzing around with tales of the next chapter of life and finally we bounced into a niggling connection Jenn has to Marilyn Monroe! Jenn Mansell Bio: From very early on Jenn knew she was a special type of human. She has always been deeply connected to dancing, music, breath and spirit and knows deep down a part of her purpose here is to continue to find freedom, especially in her body, and to inspire others to explore the same. She grew up in the country not far from Kingston and feels very connected to the earth, doing many practices daily to remain grounded and spiritually aligned so she can best serve while she is here. Her joy and enthusiasm for life grows everyday and she is excited for what her next chapter has in store. Jenn Mansell is a Somatic Coach, Mindful Movement Expert and Breath-work Facilitator, who lives in Toronto, Canada. Jenn runs monthly group breath-work Ceremonies where conscious men and women gather in community to breathe and do the deep inner work together. She offers private deep dive sessions using breath-work and body-based somatic coaching where she incorporates movement, music, meditation and breath together to help people break free from their pasts and develop more self nurturing practices and love for themselves in the present.
