Season 2, Episode 6

Today's guest is Kat!

She has a brilliant story to share. One that many of us dream of having the courage to make happen. I hope she inspires you!

Katya Krylov:

With a degree in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design in New York, Kat Krylov has been a professional graphic designer for over 25 years. Her search for deeper meaning led her to complete a 200-hr Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training in 2006. She has over 13 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation to both adults and children in schools, yoga studios, community centres and YMCAs in the greater Toronto area, as well as Campbellford Memorial Hospital and her own home studio in Campbellford.

Her passion for animal welfare led her to purchase a rural property in Trent Hills in 2017 and open Bed Yoga Breakfast along with establishing Promised Land Animal Sanctuary, a charitable volunteer-run organization.

Kat loves to share her passion for yoga and her love of animals with everyone she meets. Her personal mission is to open hearts and minds to the natural bond that exists between human and non-human animals by inviting guests and visitors to connect with what is good, pure and true in each of us.
