Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker in response to COVID-19, has closed recreational cannabis shops until June, calling them non-essential. Mandile has evidence and data to indicate that for many veterans in Massachusetts, recreational shops are essential. Mandile also discusses a bill that he submitted at the State House, a bill which would expand medical cannabis access for veterans.
