On today's episode we are talking with Amelia Adey, Loss Prevention and Compliance Manager from Kookai Australia. Amelia started her career on the Reception desk at Kookai 12 years ago and has moved through the business as a Retail Admin Coordinator, to Loss Prevention Coordinator to her current Loss Prevention role incorporating Compliance. Amelia has a solid customer service background, so a lot of her decisions are based upon how her strategy will affect the customer, as well as the Kookai business.
