"Francesca, I really love your community!"
Hearing this sentence that my friends and clients often say to me just really melts my heart. Like OMG!!! I know, right? I really love my community too. Full of amazing and passionate people.
Now, having this kind of community is no easy feat at first... WHY???
Because building a tribe or community is hard, right? It's not a 'no brainer' task to organise rules, set a series of contents, make them feel that they joined the right group, get engagements and so on, however the hardest one is to find the right people to join in.
BUT I DID IT!!! My passion drove me to achieve this and I say that it's my purpose...
I've talked a lot about this in the last podcast on how I wouldn't be where I am now without a community, without bringing people together and really helping them, supporting them to grow their businesses.
