When I started my business 7 years ago, I was juggling things on my own that actually led to burnout and overwhelm. I finally decided to hire my first Virtual Assistant even if I was not ready financially and emotionally but I had to do it …because it was not sustainable anymore for me to do everything on my own.
It was not easy… but it was definitely one of the best decisions I ever made. I can now go on holidays for a longer period of time and my business still runs. Amazing hey?
