So first and foremost, I usually try to create as little work as possible. Try to not double up as much as we can. But the thing is, we also need to understand that we are a small business, so we don't really have the budget to go and create a system that works specifically for us. So we need to just go out and about in the world of technology, and find what is the closest System that can help as much as possible.
