A DMV native, Kirby played basketball at Harvard University before working in marketing at PepsiCo Sports and Will Ventures. She also started the Court to Corporate podcast which helped educate college athletes on the realities of transition into the workforce after their competition careers ended. Kirby has been recognized and celebrated by a number of outlets including but not limited to Sports Business Journal's 30 Under 30, Front Office Sports Rising 25 Under 25, and LinkedIn’s First 100 Creators.
Kirby now works as the Founder of New Game Labs.
