I don't think I've ever giggled so much in an episode before so you could imagine how fun this was to record! I am excited for you to learn from my first internet bestie Jenn Agostini.
Jenn writes divine truth through story and poetry. She is a ghostwriter for books for those who have something to share that she personally stands for and believes in.
She spiritually guides through yoga, meditation, and visualization practices as a way to help her students release stress, become more aligned with their intuition, profoundly connect to those that matter most, and build the confidence to live life wholeheartedly.
She is a student and teacher of the Vedic lineage, which is the tradition of ancient yogic India, and interweaves her learnt knowledge and embodied wisdom into all of her teachings and written art.
If you wanna sum it all up into one yummy sentence, Jenn plays with words and manifests magic. That’s it.
