I was having a conversation with a sweet soul in my community who has been cravingggg to be inside of The Embodied Coach™ for over a year now. Every time I've opened doors she's been energetically in but would let fear take hold and talk herself out of it. I have honored every step of her journey because I know it's a sacred one and it's hers to have. And I've had no desire to push her towards a yes because, I deeply trust her process.
Recently she asked "How do I just overcome this fear of investing in myself? It's like, I know I want it. I know it will only benefit me. I just feel like I always talk myself out of it and then regret it later."
I asked her..."Do you want me to hold space for this or do you want me to light a fire under your ass?"
She said ". Give it to me."
