Rabbi Alfredo F. Borodowski, Ph.D., is an executive coach, social worker, author, and educator who has dedicated his life to helping individuals struggling with mental illness to flourish. With expertise in Positive Psychology and personality type, he supports people in discovering their strengths and expressing their unique wisdom.

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Rabbi Alfredo obtained a law degree at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and was ordained as a Rabbi by the Seminario Rabinico Latinoamericano. He received a Ph.D. in Jewish Philosophy from the Jewish Theological Seminary of America. Rabbi Alfredo holds a Master of Social Work from Adelphi University and was a Glean fellow for entrepreneurial spirituality at Columbia University Business School.

Rabbi Borodowski is the author of two previous books: Isaac Abravanel on Miracles, Creation, Prophecy, and Evil and Nafsheinu: A Myer Briggs Applied Manual for Clergy. His website bipolarrabbi.com narrates his journey through life with bipolar disorder and provides a platform for those with similar stories to share their experiences. His forthcoming blood is entitled, The Wisdom of Mental Illness: Finding Strength in your Struggle.
