Circle Up exists because

• Globally, every minute a man dies by suicide
• 75% of suicides in Canada are men
• We’re conditioned to be strong and man up when we’re struggling instead of circling up and checking in with our men

The probable almost certain future

• If we don’t do anything about it men are going to continue to struggle in silence
• They’ll sit in the basement thinking they need to confront their challenges alone
• We’ll keep losing good men to suicide

On this show we're committed to changing that. We're committed to changing the way we think, feel and talk about men's mental health and to give men the tools they need to be better fathers, sons and husbands. 

Take these tools, implement them, and as you make progress towards the man you've always wanted to be, pass on the lessons.
