  1. Drink water (lots of it) with Grapefruit, Smart & Sassy, Lemon or Lime Essential Oil
  2. Non-negotiable Self Care practices
  3. Blood Sugar Balancing Meals & Protein dense foods
  4. Eat before attending
  5. Half it rule - when you want it, half it.
  6. Eat-in order - greens, protein, heavy carbs
  7. Small, slow bites
  8. Bring your own dish (I’m experimenting with a new recipe)
  9. Healthified Dessert - little of this & a lot of fruit
  10. Eat to nourish, not to nurture.
