Thinking Out Loud is a place to digest audibly the things we tend to think through silently. We'll look at a variety of complex issues from a variety of points of view, not necessarily to get to "right answers" but to build empathy and perspective.

Jess and I discuss the progress made in breaking the stigmas surrounding mental health and what can still be done. Jess also shares much of her journey as it relates to her mental health. Both Jess and I have benefited greatly from therapy. If you have felt like you need to take that step, but haven't yet, may this be the final push you need.
