Ryan is a coach, former athlete, mechanic, and aspiring teacher. He was assistant coach to this years Island Demons Senior Woman's Tackle Football team. The first all women team on Prince Edward Island, and has involvement with many other teams and athletes on PEI. He shares his story and touches some very important points on how mental health showed up in his life and how he learned to deal with it. Along with some of the current societal factors affecting mental health today. Great conversation with Ryan.
