Tonight I am joined by my friend Bobby Demars of Blind Barrels. Blind Barrels shines a light on craft distillers by releasing completely blind samples from small distilleries to consumers in order that they can really analyze the samples without the influence of the brand, this is followed up by education and the revelation of the brand.
Bobby and I dive into his experiences, some spirituality, conspiracy theories and more. The conversation closely mirrors the type of conversations I find myself engaged in in the distilling industry post events or barrel picks and I think you will enjoy it too.
