Stop waking up 5 minutes before work.... try this stride for success.
This week we chat with Becky Just, Senior Marketing Manager for 3545 Consulting. Tune in with Becky as she sets up your morning remote routine up for success... by just walking!
Working from home means no more dreaded morning commutes (unless you despise the walk from your bedroom to your dining room table). Having a morning commute sets you up for success and preparation for the workday and as Becky shares, should be included in your #remoteroutine!
Even though there is no set mileage for your morning commute, that doesn't mean that you can't make up your own (even if it's just around the block and back!). This non-negotiable step in Becky's day has let her get her daily steps in AND helped her mentally prepare for the next eight to nine hours she may spend sitting at a desk.
It's time to take out your Fitbit, Apple Watch, or health app on your phone and prepare to start your morning walk and workday off right!
What are important factors of your WFH morning routine?
