A hypothetical situation presented by The Harvard Business Review about a workplace dilemma leads me to discuss Gary Vee’s “fire your most talented employee” theory. I also share a personal work experience, talk about the “budget culture” issues and highlight why communication and transparency is key to having a great workforce.
