Walking barefoot in nature is such a beautiful experience. There are so many benefits to barefooting/earthing/grounding - including the alignment of your energy system and improving organ health. The soles of our feet are laced with nerves that physically connect to all our organs and energetically connect to our chakras. Barefooting in nature can provide us with electrons that help neutralise the free radicals in our system to balance our energy.
