Description

Floating can be a very useful tool in many ways. My first experience in a Sensory Deprivation Tank was definitely not poetic. But once I got into it I could use the space to understand meditation in a different way. Limiting the sensory input helped me find that meditative space inside myself, which I could then more easily implement out in the world. Join me as I take you through my experience with this tool so you know what to expect when you try it.
