Hello everyone. Life can be stressful, but this shouldn't be the place where you feel stressed. We have heard about the positive sides of self-improvement and while i support this idea I got to mention when self-improvement can become toxic, when instead of being used to improve yourself, you can end up using it as a defense mechanism to cover a void.
