Serial Killers live among us, even in Pakistan. You don't know how many you might have passed in the street, or on the roads. Tracking them, tracing them, and removing them from society is the job of the police. SP Azhar Khan did just that.  His team, using technology and surveillance, caught the perpetrator and using DNA tests, were able to pin the crime onto the right person.   We also talk about police reforms in Pakistan and the entire CSS process and how his diverse background and early education help him in his career as a police officer.
