Chances are it’s something that you just do or take part in because it’s just a thing.
In this episode, I’ll share my reflection of alcohol after ONE YEAR ALCOHOL FREE by choice!

- Decide that you’re going to do it and have a strong reason why
- Set a timeframe and start small. Re-evaluate yourself on the journey
- Set your intention and let others know. Be sure that you’re sharing with SUPPORTIVE people
- Evaluate your evolution and perception of alcohol (childhood to adulthood)
- Look at your relationships—are they causing you to drink?
- Understand your routines with alcohol—what associations do you make with alcohol?
- Make substitutions in your routines with alcohol—say NO to things that you’d WANT/NEED alcohol to be comfortable
- Make fun with mocktails
- Check in with how your FEEL after alcohol and do you ENJOY how it makes you FEEL
- JUST STOP
