Luwi is a Life Coach and host of the You Are the Salt podcast. She is passionate about helping people entering the workforce align with their passions and their God given purpose. She has previously led platforms such as Nxt Chapter and is currently part of the executive team of the Zambian Overseas Christian Fellowship (ZOCF) dealing with all things youth and young people! She is a part of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), has a background in Human Resources and completed a Life Coaching Course with Cambridge University. She uses her background knowledge, life experiences and on-going training to help develop the next generation to be the best versions of themselves. Lastly, she is a Christian and all her work is guided by the teachings of the bible.
