Today I am joined by Alison Bladh, a registered nutritional therapist and beauty therapist based in Sweden. With over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Alison specializes in helping women manage the negative symptoms of menopause. Her mission is to provide bespoke changes to diet, health and lifestyle so that her clients can harness their hormones, regain their confidence and sparkle.

Alison is a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the University of West London, and holds several qualifications, including a foundation degree in chemistry and biology from CNELM, a primary certificate in health and wellbeing cognitive behavioral coaching, and is a member of several professional organizations, including BANT, CNHC, The Institute for Functional Medicine, NMTF, and the Nordic Nutrition Council.
