Ben Cordell joins us today from Australia. Ben is a self-described hobbyist ultra runner who has run multiple ultra marathons ranging from 50k to 100 milers. Originally from Maryland in the United States, Ben moved to Australia with his wife where he is looking forward to running the 2 Bay Trail Race a 56k ultra.
