Anatoly Moskvin was a Russian linguist who lived in Nizhny Novgorod. In 2011, he was arrested after police found the mummified bodies of 26 young girls in his apartment. The girls had been found in his apartment, dressed in dolls' clothes. Moskvin claimed that he was trying to protect the girls from evil spirits.
