I have had many agents and sellers scared to accept a VA or FHA offer because they thought it would not pass the VA or FHA “Inspection”
This video is to explain to them that the VA and FHA do not require a home inspection. The VA and FHA “inspection” is the appraisal which is done by a licensed appraiser.
If anything is wrong with the house it is up to the appraiser to mention it to the lender in their report and then all parties involved work to fix the issues.
