What are today’s rates? That is the question that I am asked the most by a borrower when I first talk to them. It is not a quick and easy answer because many people don’t realize what goes into a mortgage rate.
There are many factors that go into getting your buyer the best rate they qualify for including loan to value, credit score, property type, loan amount and several others.
