For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about serving others. I have always been a cheerleader for mental health access, and it is really a joy to be in a position now of being able to connect others to Charlie Health's virtual therapy program. I come from a social work background and have always been a connector - connecting people in need to resources or connecting others to each other. We are experiencing a mental health crisis right now especially for our adolescent populations, and we must reach out to each other to support those who are struggling and wrap them in love, connection, and community.
