The Bills picked a bad day to have a bad day in their 27-24 loss home playoff loss to the Chiefs. News 8 sports director Thad Brown and former Syracuse cornerback Carl Jones break down what went wrong for Buffalo.

There has been much chatter on social media of the Bills final two offensive plays in the contest. Thad and Carl assess what happened on those snaps and if Josh Allen made the right decision on each play.

Also, Allen played another remarkable game in which he did enough to come away with a win. There were several plays including the touchdown pass to Khalil Shakir that were bonkers from the Bills QB1.

Bills interim offensive coordinator Joe Brady called a clean game for the most part against Kansas City. Thad talks about the few changes he made schematically to help the Bills offense succeed.

For the third straight playoff matchup with the Chiefs, the Bills defense did not play well especially the front four. In addition, Kansas City took advantage of the Bills injuries at linebacker and it showed in both the pass and run game.
