Happy New Year!

Today's episode is about how enduring through an intense period of training, focus, and discipline can propel you forward in both in life and in sports.  In this episode, I am joined by my dad, a former US Army Airborne Ranger. Although many of us will never experience what it's like to go to US Army Ranger School, the experience parallels experiences athletes usually face at some point during their careers. 

What are you willing to do for a period of time to move closer to a life goal? What are you willing to endure, overcome, and give up to achieve your goals? Are you willing to try, knowing you might possibly fail? Can you create your own "Ranger School"?
