Is it always right to accept what happens to you? What does that even mean?
In this episode, I discuss the importance of acknowledging, accepting, and even appreciating present circumstances.
I describe a challenge I went through a couple years ago, and I explain how my perspective has changed since then. I talk about my internal conflict with accepting a situation that was out of my control, and detail my struggle with letting go of my anger and frustration toward it.
The big question: Is it ok, healthy, and smart to accept our circumstances? Or is it better to remember our pain so that we can use it as fuel later on?
One of the biggest revelations I had was differentiating between acceptance and resignation. I elaborate more on this in the episode :)
Thank you for listening, love y'all <3
