As always this week’s episode gets into two very different schools of thought, this time around SLEEP! So often the BANE of most parents existence in those first few+ years. CJ1 is team sleep support, CJ2 is go with the flow, and they share their very different experiences in a non-judgey but raw + real way. This one’s for anyone who’s in the thick of trying to sort sleep out, who’s given in or up on even trying to, or even the Mum out the other side but can hard relate.
