S2 EP2: POPE LONERGAN - THE LOCKDOWN TAPES
This episode I am joined by the marvellous POPE LONERGAN!
Pope Lonergan is a comedian, Quaker, drug addict and creator of ‘Pope’s Addiction Clinic’ (“From fearless and funny to heart-stoppingly raw" Evening Standard) and ‘The Care Home Tour’ (“The comedians taking slapstick into new territory” ~ The Guardian).
We have a good old natter like two old friends that have never actually met and are both locked in their houses (In Popes case, his parents house) which is exactly what this conversation was. Touching on the virus obviously, how we are coping, will this change peoples material and styles of stand up, a little bit of politics and how keen Pope is to get back out there.
