They started with the 1990 film that won best picture - DANCES WITH WOLVES (1990). Then Lee and Jesse each selected two additional films from that year to share and discuss. The selected four films were: PRETTY WOMAN (1990), YOUNG GUNS 2 (1990), AWAKENINGS (1990), and JOE VERSUS THE VOLCANO (1990).
Lastly, they shared their personal rankings of the five films.
