What are healthy boundaries? How do you know when to set them and how do you decide how strong they should be? When you set boundaries with people who aren't used to them, they'll typically push back. How do you to deal with the possible anger, sadness, boundary pushing, and even gas-lighting when setting boundaries with people?
I discuss a time when I risked ending a treasured relationship because I had to set a very personal boundary. But in this situation the outcome was beautiful! From that, and many other experiences, I have learned the kindest people set boundaries!
