Episode 030! In today's episode I have the honor of chatting with my friend Lynsey! She is a 30 year old mama of 3 married to her best friend & working together to build a life they love! She is a former ER nurse who specialized in trauma who was so tired of only “living” when she wasn’t clocked in & missing so many moments/milestones with her family. She took on a challenge of change over 2 years ago and it opened her eyes and mind to a freedom she never imagined possible for a small town girl like herself.
