Joseph named his second born son Ephraim, because "The Lord has made me fruitful in the land of my affliction." Not in the land of blessings, or when everything is going well. The fruit was in the midst of affliction. The Kingdom of God doesn't always make sense to the carnal mind, but this is a Kingdom principle - you don't have to be in a good place to be fruitful!
