Welcome to Episode 15 of Executive Unpacked! In this episode Laurie Scott was joined by Katherine Gizinski, the CEO of ManSat; a company that specialises in international spectrum regulation.
Katherine previously worked with the US defence contractors to bring commercial satellite and terrestrial communication technologies to austere environments in support of military, diplomatic, first responder, and commercial initiatives.
Katherine is also a graduate of the International Space University’s Executive program, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
Outside of work Catherine also serves as chairwoman of the SSPI, mentors entrepreneurs through the Techstars Starburst Space Accelerator and supports the ITU’s Girls in ICT initiative.
Her happy place is indulging in finding proper coffee and spending time with the family and exploring the great outdoors.
In this episode she shares her enthusiasm for the space and satellite industry, as well as her insights into where it’s heading and how leaders can take it there.
