In this week's episode we are talking about the loving-kindness meditation practice and how this practice can increase positive feelings and thoughts about yourself and others in your life! To start this episode I lead us in a short 5 minute guided loving-kindness meditation, and then I share with you my first experience with this practice and how it has changed my thoughts towards myself and others in my life.
