We are on the first episode of our mindfulness series!! In this episode, we are talking about The Miracle of Mindfulness by Thich Nhat Hanh and how this book has changed the way I think about time. We will talk about 6 parts of our day where we can incorporate more mindfulness in order to gain more time back in our day as our own and live our lives with more presence.
